  4. Normal Wear and Tear: For pre-existing surfaces, normal wear and tear is expected over time. Perth Graffiti Removal is not responsible for repairing areas that exhibit signs of regular wear and tear, despite best efforts these surfaces may be damaged during the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to, delicate surfaces such as wood, grout, and mortar, streaking and mineral deposits, and roof areas.

  13. Sealant Limitations & Life Expectancy: Sealant applied to areas exposed to vehicle use or heavy foot traffic is not guaranteed. Perth Graffiti Removal does not assume responsibility for the longevity of sealants under these conditions.
    • Sealers penetrate masonry substrates and bond with the substrates capillary surfaces causing the surfaces to repel water (and oil).
    • The capillaries however, remain open therefore prolonged contact of stains increases the likelihood of staining.
    • Stains should be cleaned as soon as possible to avoid possible permanency.
    • The ease of surface cleaning is greatly increased with sealer treatment.
    • Given stains are less likely to penetrate deep into the substrate surface, they are much easier to remove.
    • However, if heavy staining has not been cleaned in a timely manner it is likely that a stronger cleaning regime may be required which can result in deterioration of the sealers, ultimately reducing longevity.
  14. Sealant Selection and Responsibility: Once a sealant is chosen and applied, the customer bears full responsibility for that decision. Any subsequent application of an alternate sealant will result in additional costs.
  15. Coated and Painted Surfaces: Cleaning may impact coated or painted surfaces, potentially causing damage, delamination, tarnishing, or discoloration. These surfaces are at higher risk due to incorrect installation, wear and tear, or age. Perth Graffiti Removal is not liable for damage incurred when cleaning such surfaces with high pressure and/or chemicals.
  16. Discounted Maintenance Clean: A reduced-rate maintenance clean is valid only within the specified workmanship guarantee period.
  17. Manufacturer Warranties: Any warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of the products used.
